Description
Vintage round extendable table, Denmark, 1960s/70s
A round extendable table manufactured in Denmark in the 1960s/70s. Beautiful minimalist form with refined details — a shaped, thick edge, a concealed extension leaf, tapered legs, and an attractive veneer selection across all the tabletops. The table has 2 extension leaves, each 50.5 cm wide, finished with the same edge, so that when extended, the tabletops form a cohesive whole.
The table has undergone a complete restoration and, in the final stage, was protected with several coats of hardwax oil resistant to stains and water.
Additional dimensions: 2 extension leaves, each 50.5 cm wide, so the table can be extended to 170.5 cm | 221 cm
Height from the floor to the table frame (space for a chair): 65.8 cm.
